Care instructions for Extensions?

Please treat your hair extensions or wigs like you would with your own hair. Use sulfate- free hair products and never sleep with wet or damp hair. We recommend that you speak to a professional on what are the best products to use on hair extensions.

How long does shipping take?

Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks, Cambodian hair can take up to 7 days and Slavic hair up to 3 weeks

What is your exchange policy?

 Exchanges can be done if you decide to choose a different length, type, and texture of extensions 

Ineligible items that cannot be exchanged; eyelashes, lash glue, bonnets, custom wigs, headbands. 

If for some reason you are having issues with heat tools please contact us!

 In order for us to accept your exchange we will list the following requirements and if they aren't met, we will not be able to complete your request.

  • Hair must not be washed/conditioned, flat iron, curled or any changes to texture.
  • Hair packaging (zip ties, hang tags) must be still attached.
  • No combing, finger combing or cutting wefts.
  • No bleaching or dying the hair 
  • Hair cannot be worn
  • No cutting wefts

You will have 7 days to email us your exchange request, order number and your payment for a return label.

Once we receive your exchange,  we will do a thorough check to make sure you have met our requirements and we will move forward with the request.

If the hair does not meet all requirements you will not be able to exchange!
