All of the plugs are U.S. ones and please allow up to 45 days for shipping since the Swarovski crystals are all hand made. If you would like another color please let us know in the order comments and if you would like everything to be the same color

- We ship orders out in the order they have been received, normally between 7 to 15 business days for in-stock products and not including weekends, holidays, or any sales. We are not responsible for paying duties or custom fees internationally!
- For custom orders of hair extensions and accessories, shipping time can be anywhere from 15 to 45 days, we will always update you!
- Please keep in mind that our hair extensions are coming from Cambodia, East European and Slavic counties. Please don't make any hair appointments until you have received your purchase(s), this prevents any unnecessary stress.
- Customers have a 24 hour window in which they can let us know if the address needs to be changed or updated, but please email krystinashairboutique@yahoo.com or krystinaelizabeth@yahoo.com as soon as you can. After the 24 hours have been up, we cannot stop the processing once your order has been shipped.
