Shipping
- We ship orders out in the order they have been received, normally between 7 to 10 business days and not including weekends, holidays, or any sales.
- All wigs ( unless ready-to-ship) can take up to 30 days.
- Slavic and European hair may take up to 14 days due to being custom-made!
- We are not responsible for paying duties or custom fees internationally!
- Please keep in mind that our hair extensions are coming from Cambodia, East European and Slavic countries. Please don't make any hair appointments until you have received your purchase(s), this prevents any unnecessary stress.
- Customers have a 24 hour window in which they can let us know if the address needs to be changed or updated, but please email krystinashairboutique@yahoo.com or krystinaelizabeth@yahoo.com as soon as you can. After the 24 hours have been up, we cannot stop the processing once your order has been shipped.
