What is Cambodian hair and why is it pricier than Brazilian, Malaysian, Peruvian hair?
Cambodian hair are collected in SEA (South East Asia) and the hair is thick and has a coarse texture that can easily blend with thick-textured hair. The quality is so much better than Chinese hair because no chemicals are used to make the hair straight or in different wave/curl patterns and the cuticles are intact. Our patterns are created with steam only and the only time chemicals are used is to create blonde or other colored hair. Our hair is on the high end price list due to quality of the hair and there is no such thing as Brazilian, Malaysian or Peruvian hair. That is just marketing from Chinese hair factories.
How much do your bundles weigh and how many bundles for a full install?
Our bundles way about 100 grams 3.4 oz and from lengths of 14 inch to 18 inch you can use 2 or 3 bundles for your install and any length above 20 inch you would have to use 4 to maybe 5 bundles for the desired look you are going for.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and international ?
At this time no we do not ship to P.O. boxes and we will be shipping to other countries.
I do not know what texture to get, do you have samples?
We will be offering a sample box of the textures we will have and please keep in mind that at this time we are doing pre-ordering for most of our products so shipping might take a little longer so we will contact you as soon as possible and thank you for your patience and trust.

If we are hair stylists can we get a discount on your products including hair extensions?
If you are a licensed cosmetologist, please have a copy of your license and email krystinaelizabeth@yahoo.com. Once you have been approved you will be able to sign up and make an account and we will provide wholesale prices for everything in our store.
Do you sell closures/frontals/wigs?
Closures and frontals will be pre ordered only as of now until next year and we will start U-part wigs very soon and it will be part of our 2 collections coming in 2021. Our 2 collections will be The Lavish Collection and The Mystique Collection. We will provide information about these collections in 2021 too!!
What is your sample box?
So our sample box will include either a small weft or bulk hair ( ponytail hair) in all of the textures and origins. This is perfect for those who want to test our hair and figure out which will blend the best. We will be offering Vietnamese straight and wavy, Cambodian straight and wavy and hopefully Slavic hair.
Why is your prices on the expensive side and do you do pre-orders and custom orders?
South East Asian hair is one of the best quality out there and if you decide to get raw hair which is our straight texture, you will notice the quality is better than hair extensions that come from China. We are in the process of looking at other origins too; such as, Indonesian, Argentinian, Indian, Filipino and the ultimate high end hair of Slavic/ Russian hair. All of our hair extensions regardless if it is wefted by machine or hand tied, tape ins, or keratin tipped, they will either be in the form of raw (mostly straight hair unless coming from India) and we offer steam-styled wavy. We also do pre orders and custom orders for our two wig collections and all Slavic/European hair extensions.
Is your hair chemically processed in any way?
The only hair extensions that will be chemically processed will be our colored extensions. Let us note that Slavic hair have different shades of natural blondes and browns!
If I wanted to work for your company as an influencer or ambassador, how would I go about that?
Influencers and/ or ambassadors have to have a following of at least 1000 followers on social media (Instagram) and be able to interact with their audience. They would have to have worn hair extensions of some kind before and be able to provide their initial reviews, take videos and photos so many times a week. They also will have a referral code specific for them to give their audience and when they initially start a contract with us, they will receive wholesale prices for the first 30 to 90 days of their contract and would have to be able to promote for our business.
