Refunds are only made if we have made a mistake and sent the wrong item. Please email us as soon as possible if you have issues with your item. Or you are having issues with the hair you recieved from us. If you haven't recieved your order from USPS please contact them, once we ship items we are no longer responsible for any delays.
If this is the case please email us with videos and photos and we will make it right and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused if we sent the wrong item. As a courtesy and for hygienic reasons you may keep the item and do as you wish.
If you are wanting a refund due to having hair issues, we will need videos and photos so we can figure out what the problem is and how to resolve.
